In 1984, Mr. Sutton was a recipient of the American Music Songwriters Award (honorary mention) for the song, “I Know A Man.”  In 1985, his group (The Tabernacle Echoes) received a nomination for the Grammy’s album entitled, “Lord Give Your People Love.”  In 1986, Mr. Sutton produced the song, “The Day America Cried” dedicated to the families and members of the Challenger Shuttle Disaster on the Westbound Record label. 


For over two decades Mr. Sutton written and produced songs for recording artists, radio/TV Jingles, televangelist ministries, and stage plays.  He was the musical director for the stage plays; “In Love With The Wrong Man” featuring; David Peaston and Tanya Blount of Sister Act Two, and the off Broadway version “Jesus Christ Superstar.”  He also wrote, produced, and directed the Christmas Cantata; “The Night The Angels Sing.”  He was the musical director for the Next Generation Worship & Praise 2000 Conference held in Washington DC at the Verizon Center which was televised Live for 8 hours Internationally on the Word Network  featuring; Mary Mary, Angie & Debbie Winans, Michael Speaks, Deitrick Haddon, Kelli Williams, Marvin Sapp, and more.  


Mr. Sutton has recorded, and produced, 100 or more of his compositions on over 50 albums and CD’s.  He has five solo projects and is currently working on his sixth project entitled; "Keys to the Kingdom scheduled for February, 2012 release on the Castleridge Record Label.


Mr. Sutton released his first book April, 2011 "Dad Don't You Love Me?"  His Second book, “The Restoration of The Levitical Priesthood” was released November 2012.


 Mr. Sutton host two weekly internet radio programs: "Late Night Inspirations and Sunday Morning Worship" on Blog Talk Radio.


He is the CEO of Castleridge Music Group.

Castleridge TV Networks on is scheduled to air its first variety show "Inspiration Live from the DMV" November, 2013.


He is the CEO for Leeton Publishing, Discovery School of Music.
